Six immediate action plans to nurture a wisdom-based society and advance educational excellence
To further its mission of nurturing a wisdom-based society, Vision for Education & Wisdom outlines the following six immediate action plans for implementation over the next year:
To publish two volumes each yearβone during Independence Day (15th August) and another during Republic Day (26th January).
To connect the present generation with the values of India's independence, sovereignty, and civilizational ethos, and promote intergenerational reflection through essays, stories, and scholarly work.
To organize informal study circle sessions every Saturday evening.
To enable peer discussion, intellectual interaction, and topic-based reflection among members on relevant societal, cultural, philosophical, or academic issues.
Foster the development of resource persons and future thought leaders.
To undertake transdisciplinary research projects on themes aligned with Indian Knowledge Systems, education, society, and ethical living.
Collaborative work among society members, students, and partner institutions.
Generation of actionable knowledge and publishable research contributing to academic and policy discourse.
To deliver at least 12 invited lectures each year in educational institutions.
To disseminate knowledge, encourage ethical inquiry, and create interest in value-based learning.
Responding to invitations from schools and colleges with topic-specific expert speakers.
To organize a minimum of 3 orientation or sensitization programmes annually for school students.
Planting the Roots of Wisdom under the "Catch Them Young" campaign.
To instill curiosity, civic responsibility, and timeless values in young minds at an early stage of their learning journey.
To organize at least one National Seminar or Faculty Development Programme (FDP) every year.
New-age learning, interdisciplinary approaches, Indian Knowledge Systems, and educational transformation.
Faculty, researchers, and education professionals across the country.
